The town is the cradle of flamenco artists and has a rich cuisine, only surpassed by its wonderful baked confectionery, the best known being mostachones flat cakes.
Located in Plaza Virgen de la Cabeza. Originally, it was cavalry barracks, built by the Cabildo during the reign of Felipe II.
