Puff jerusalem. The ingredients of the mille-feuille are caramelized puff pastry sheets, refined vanilla cream, roasted pecan praline, apricot jam perfumed with thyme and lemon. The owner of the café, Adi Peretz, was looking to produce a pastry in a new shape that has never been seen yet, and this is how the triangle pastry with the unique cream was born.
